1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting or using this website you accept these Terms in full. If you disagree with any part, please refrain from using the site.

2. Age requirement

This website and our resort are designed for adult guests aged 18 and over. By confirming your age on the entry page you declare that you meet this requirement. We may ask for photo identification upon arrival.

3. Reservations and payment

• All bookings are subject to availability and written confirmation.
• Rates are quoted in EUR and include applicable statutory VAT; city tax and gratuities may apply separately.
• A valid credit card is required to secure a reservation. Full settlement is processed on departure unless otherwise agreed.

4. Cancellation

Bookings may be cancelled without charge up to fourteen (14) days before arrival. Cancellations within fourteen days incur a charge equal to the first night; no-shows are billed for the full stay. Best Available Rates may be cancelled up to 48 hours before arrival. We strongly advise purchasing travel insurance.

5. Conduct of guests

We reserve the right to refuse service or end a stay when a guest threatens staff or other guests, damages property, disregards our gaming rules, or otherwise violates reasonable standards of conduct.

6. Gaming

Gaming on our premises is governed by International law and is available only to guests aged 18 and over. We support responsible gaming; self-exclusion and spending limits can be arranged at any time with our gaming host.

7. Liability

We exercise reasonable care to maintain a safe environment. Our liability is capped to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. We accept no responsibility for valuables not placed in the in-room safe or hotel safe.

8. Intellectual property

All material on this website (text, images, logos, design) belongs to Getawayalpineview or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property legislation.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of International. Any disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cannes.
