One ideal coastal day, mapped out as we would plan it for you

An hour-by-hour outline of a resort day we would craft for ourselves on a Tuesday in late June. Adapt freely to your own rhythm.

One ideal coastal day, mapped out as we would plan it for you

07:00 · Early swim

The pool is deserted and towel service has not yet begun. A coffee cart by the entrance serves single-origin filter coffee — no menu, no queue. This is the finest half hour of the day.

08:30 · Terrace breakfast

Eggs cooked to order, pastries straight from the kitchen oven, a modest plate of seasonal fruit. We have no faith in breakfast buffets. We trust plates delivered by waiters who have served the same families for a decade.

10:00 · Spa or sea

Either works beautifully. The spa hammam is luminous and hushed in the morning. The sea lies calmest before noon. Most guests pick one and wish they had chosen both; the rare guest manages both.

13:30 · Extended lunch

Three hours at the lagoon bistro, with a bottle of crisp white and a plate of grilled fish you never knew you craved. No phones, no hurry. This is the meal that stays with you.

18:00 · Golden hour terrace

Aperitif on the upper deck. The bar team will know your name by day two. The signature negroni rests on a vermouth we produce on-site; it is the most unexpected drink on the property.

21:00 · Tasting menu

Eight courses, two hours, one wine pairing. We have spent years assembling this evening. We hope it justifies the journey.

23:30 · A brief hour at the table

Or an unhurried walk back to the suite. Either way: tomorrow opens at 07:00 with a swim, and the rhythm is the whole point.
